Easy Steps to Follow When You are Considering a Driggers Home:

• No matter your time frame, or whether you are considering a Spec or Custom-Built home, the first step you need to take is to contact a Driggers Sales Representative. As easy as that seems, many people don’t do that in the beginning. We understand why, so let us put you at ease. We are here to listen, not talk.
• Our welcoming sales representatives love to work with potential Driggers Homes residents in detailing their new home. Our sales team is very well-connected with the community and the needs of new home buyers. They work enthusiastically to help locate just the right neighborhood, lot, and house plan.
• Once you decide on a neighborhood, the fun begins. Your representative will meticulously review your new neighborhood with you. Depending on your desired time frame, you will be able to choose between a Spec home already under construction or a custom-built home. If you choose a Spec home, you may be able to select a variety of finishes including paint colors, cabinets, light fixtures, flooring and landscaping(subject to level of completion). If you choose a Custom home you will have even more options.
• While your home is under construction, you will be kept up to date on the progress. We will also meet with you periodically to discuss the overall progress and make final selections.
• Finally, it’s time to close and move-in. We will invite you to attend a walkthrough of your brand new Driggers Home. Your agent will be able to give a detailed explanation of the operating procedures of all interior and exterior components. They will make a detailed list of all items that Driggers will touch-up or adjust prior to the closing. A professional cleaning crew will make sure that your new home is in perfect shape before you come home. Then it’s on to the final closing where your agent will be able to answer any last-minute concerns or questions you may have.
